Your field of activity ### • You accompany our patients during their multi-week rehabilitation stay and design the nursing process individually, holistically, and resource-oriented within the framework of the primary caregiver concept • Together with doctors and therapists, you ensure close coordination and effective interprofessional care • You actively contribute your professional ideas, help develop nursing concepts and workflows, and together with the ward management, contribute to a high quality of nursing care • Together with a versatile team, you actively help shape a future-oriented specialist field with attractive opportunities for participation, development, and growth Your experience ### • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH.
