For our Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality who wants to take on the role of Team Lead in the «Sortierlogistik» team. With you as a Teamleader, our employees are in best hands and we continue to succeed in processing approx. 5.5 million letters and items without addresses every day.

We offer a fair salary, which varies depending on experience and skills between CHF 80’000 to CHF 89’900 per year (100% workload). Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You lead a team of approx. 20 employees and are responsible for development and communication within the team.
• As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create optimal framework conditions for efficient processes.
• Together, you create the deployment planning and design productive team meetings.
• You develop your employees with concrete goals and stand by them as a coach.
• You lead by example by actively contributing to daily business and providing active support to your team.
• The working hours are in the early shift from 06:00-15:00, and in the late shift from 14:05-23:00. This also includes occasional weekend shifts.
