What you can move.

• As a Shift Leader in Maintenance, you act as operational leadership during the shift and support your team management.
• You also continue to work in your primary function as a Maintenance Specialist.
• Within the team, you are responsible for the operational control of personnel.
• To improve workflows and the use of resources, you provide important inputs based on your observations.
• As a Maintenance Technician, you carry out all maintenance and repair work on electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical systems of multiple units. This ensures that our customers travel with the highest possible comfort.
• You execute change orders on all systems and areas of the rail vehicles maintained by us.

What you bring with you.

• You enjoy working with people, like to work independently, and quickly find a good solution even in tricky situations.
• For these physically demanding tasks, you are physically resilient and ready to work in a 7x24 hour operation.
• You have successfully completed an EFZ vocational apprenticeship in the electrical or mechanical field.
• You have very good German skills, both oral and written.
• Since all instructions and documentation are electronic, you have no fear of IT programs and tools.
