You are a nursing professional and take responsibility in the care and support of our residents. You are a team professional and work closely with our interdisciplinary teams. Together with us, you shape care that truly puts people at the center.

Co-responsibility for person-centered care and respectful accompaniment of the residents
Active participation in nursing – close to residents and the team
Quality and safety of nursing care during your shift
Professionally correct implementation of nursing concepts, standards and guidelines
Vocational training: We work with Spigura – Bildung und Gesundheit. You are our contact person.
You are responsible for the practical training of the assigned learners
You ensure structured learning support and traceable training documentation
You participate in the further development of the training concept
What you bring with you
Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalently recognized training
Independent and structured way of working
Secure professional knowledge and sense of responsibility
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
