• Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, Swiss legislation, and CSL Standards

Experience
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in Technical Safety, Process Safety, Risk Engineering, or EHS in a technically demanding environment

• Experience in incident investigations and root cause methods
• Experience in accompanying technical projects
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or the technical guidance of specialists
Technical Qualifications
• Degree in Safety Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field of study
