To strengthen our team in Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality during the harvest season from August to November 2026 as Harvest Helper Cellar 100% (m/f/d) temporary from August to November 2026 Your tasks: • Processing of the grapes from reception to must • Carrying out must clarification (sedimentation/flotation) and preparation of fermentation • Support with must treatment (fining, enzymation, sulphuring according to cellar instructions) • Operation, cleaning and maintenance of all technical plants and cellar equipment • Cleaning and hygiene work according to HACCP and quality specifications • Carrying out simple analyses as well as documentation of work processes • Support with general work in the wine cellar during the harvest campaign Your profile: • Completed training as a Wine Technologist EFZ is an advantage • Experience in vinification and sensory analysis is an advantage • Independence, cleanliness and diligence characterize you • Team spirit • Physical fitness Your advantages: • Our location is 10 minutes walking distance from Wülflingen station • Are you traveling by car?
