September 2026 Job description Group leader for a mixed-age group of children (100%, permanent by arrangement, 13th month salary & free fresh lunch)   What does the Kita Lake Side Kids stand for? In our only and centrally located location directly near the Kunsthaus Zürich, around 20 team members work in family-supplementary care for children up to kindergarten age. Our Kita has already existed for 10 years and has grown from initially 2 to 4 mixed-age children's groups - however, a future expansion is not our goal. The desire for a family-like environment for the children and at the same time attractive and above all fair conditions for the team was the incentive to found our own Kita and thus also to take on a great responsibility. We ensure that every single day at least someone from the management is on site and available to everyone. In the long term, we pursue an above-average high quality of care and would be hugely happy to have you on board with us!   What should you bring? - You have training as a FaBe K / toddler educator - You have joy in organizing daily life with children in a mixed-age children's group - You speak very good Swiss German or High German - You are a communicative personality - You have joy in a team-oriented and strong-leadership way of working - You are responsible and reliable We are looking for suitable team members, not degrees or number of years of professional experience. Different personalities, talents, and experiences are represented in our team - and that is exactly what we are looking for more of!
