What you can achieve

• Expanding Swiss defense capability with and against drones (Loitering Munition / Strike drones, Interceptor drones, Counter-UAV)
• Co-shaping Swiss and international drone initiatives as well as developing innovative conceptual proposals to initiate new customer projects
• Expanding the Swiss and international network in military and civilian environments as well as positioning the Business Unit RUAG Drones in the international drone community
• Participating in relevant national and international conferences as well as building and maintaining cooperation with startups
• Conducting negotiations with potential customers and partners
• Accompanying and winning VBS drone projects and tenders
• Implementing won projects, including building and leading the implementation team within the matrix organization

What you bring with you

• Bachelor / Master's degree in a technical field, e.g., IT, mechanical engineering, aerospace
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Pronounced expertise in a technological area regarding business, development, and operational application
• Sound economic and strategic thinking
• High self-initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Swiss nationality (due to the nature of the function)
