Here you will take on responsibility ###

• Ensuring professional fulfillment of the mandate of the Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde Willisau-Wiggertal.
• Responsibility for case management and forward-looking resource planning.
• Management of the specialist department with currently 11 guardians as well as management of the administration management; support and promotion of employees in their professional and personal further development.
• Active contribution to the cultivation and promotion of an appreciative and motivating working climate.
• Co-responsibility for personnel recruitment in cooperation with the site management.
• Ensuring our service quality through continuous further development of standards, processes, and structures in the area of guardianship.

• Completed tertiary studies in Social Work or comparable disciplines as well as proven experience in the field of legal child and adult protection.
• Several years of leadership experience, experience in managing a specialist department, business management know-how as well as strategic thinking ability.
