Your tasks * Maintenance, care and targeted development and expansion of existing bakery and confectionery customers, including numerous co-operative members, as well as targeted new customer acquisition * Evaluation of route analyses and derivation of corresponding measures incl. reporting in the CRM * Review and control of customer conditions * Complaint management * Close cooperation within the sales team and with other internal stakeholders (e.g. meat specialist consulting, sales internal service, procurement, IT) * Active participation in projects and proactive network maintenance * Market observation and introduction of trends into the company Your profile * Sales personality with completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g.: baker-confectioner, cook,) * Commercial and/or sales-specific further training * Proven experience in field sales or in Key Account Management, ideally in the food sector * Empathic personality with a winning and convincing appearance * High degree of customer orientation with a solution- and success-oriented way of working * Analytical skills and high negotiation skills * Structured, independent and reliable way of working * IT affinity (ERP, CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enjoyment of digital topics * French language skills an advantage * Valid driving license Cat.
