Tasks ###

• Responsibility for the operation, automation, and further development of business-critical applications
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of releases, deployments, changes, and migrations
• Further development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines as well as automated deployment processes
• Technical support of cloud migrations from conception to productive implementation
• Ensuring stable, secure, and highly available application operations
• Analysis of functional and technical requirements as well as derivation of suitable solution approaches
• Participation in incident, problem, and change management
• Coordination of internal specialist departments, service providers, and external partners
• Leadership and implementation of technical sub-projects in the application environment
• Creation of operational documentation, operating concepts, as well as support and training materials

Profile ###

• Completed studies in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) or comparable training
• Sound experience as a DevOps Engineer, Application Engineer, or in a comparable role
• Practical experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and modern deployment processes
• Sound knowledge in the operation of complex applications as well as in cloud technologies and cloud migrations
• Experience with monitoring, logging, security, and high-availability solutions
• Good knowledge of application architectures, interfaces, and technical operational processes
• Experience in dealing with external service providers as well as in SLA and provider management
• Experience in participating in or leading demanding IT projects
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working with high solution orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
