Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for, starting now or by arrangement, for our clubs in the Geneva region, Assistant Managers Fitness Clubs (h/f/d) passionate about sport, as mobile replacements. The assignment locations may vary depending on needs. Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities: • You welcome, advise, and accompany our members in a warm manner and contribute to spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the entire club. • You develop training programs, ensure the correct execution of exercises, and always remain available to answer members' questions. • You implement the defined PureGym standards and set an example on a daily basis. • You monitor all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are constantly respected. • You regularly keep yourself informed of PureGym news and market developments, and you support the Gym Management in the development and implementation of plans allowing your club to remain competitive on the market. • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and contribute to the planning and introduction of new class programs.
