For our client, an established, regionally deeply anchored financial institution in the Canton of Nidwalden, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality for the branch. Your new challenge In this versatile role, you will advise private clients at eye level. You will take responsibility for your own client book, commit yourself to the promotion of young talent, and actively help shape the development of the branch. Your tasks: • Holistic advice: Support and advice for private female and male clients in the areas of investing, provisioning, and financing. • Portfolio management: Assumption and targeted further development of an existing client portfolio. • Youth segment & young talent: Inspiring young female and male clients for financial topics as well as the professional responsibility for the training of apprentices on site. • Teamwork & sparring: Support of the team in the preparation and follow-up of client appointments and participation in advisory meetings. • Co-design: Contributing your own ideas for the continuous optimization of internal processes and services. What you bring with you • Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the field of Banking & Finance. • Experience: Practice in advising private clients, especially in the investment and provisioning area (knowledge in the financing business is an advantage). • Personality: Winning, positive charisma, high customer orientation, and joy in daily exchange with people. • Will to develop: Openness to new things as well as the motivation to develop yourself professionally and personally.
