The corvaglia Gruppe, founded in 1991, is a dynamic and internationally active manufacturer of innovative closure solutions for PET bottles. In doing so, we have set standards worldwide. For example, over 20% of all PET bottles for soft drinks worldwide are fitted with corvaglia closures. The headquarters of our family business is located in Eschlikon, Thurgau. Further subsidiaries are located in Mexico and in the USA. In the in-house mold making department in Eschlikon, the required and world-renowned injection molds are built and sold to our partners.

Your main tasks
Development and design of closure solutions as well as injection molds including associated components, assemblies, and tools
Elaboration of concept, detail, and manufacturing drawings as well as creation of bills of materials, layouts, and technical schemata
Taking over project management for product development projects
Planning, coordination, and control of projects including schedule and cost monitoring
Analysis of technical issues, development of sound solution concepts, as well as support or implementation of the defined measures
Participation in the elaboration, evaluation, and testing of injection mold concepts and technical offers
Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments to analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions
Your profile
Completed basic training as a production or polymechanic with further training as a technical school engineer (Maschinentechniker/in HF) or mechanical engineer
Several years of experience in the design of injection molds as well as proficient use of 3D CAD systems
Practice in project management as well as sound knowledge of the injection molding process
Experience in the food industry as well as knowledge of filling and packaging systems are an advantage
Proven project management competence combined with clear, target-group-oriented communication across all hierarchical levels
