Project Manager Implementation in the area of Facility Management 100%

• You lead implementation projects for new client mandates
• You are the first point of contact for our clients during the entire implementation phase
• You plan, coordinate and control projects together with internal specialist departments and clients
• You lead sub-projects and workstreams towards success in a targeted manner
• You are responsible for project-related communication as well as reporting
• You lead workshops and project meetings
• You analyze and clean up relevant basic data (Due Diligence)
• You develop and implement support and management processes in the areas of Quality, HSE, KPI/Reporting, Finance and Change Management
• You ensure the readiness for use of all relevant facility service lines
• You prepare the seamless mandate takeover and ensure a stable start of operations
• You provide occasional support for tenders, concepts and client presentations
• Completed training or studies, ideally in Facility Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the FM environment
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German as well as good English skills
