Strategic Purchaser Facility Management & Building Technology

You are deliberately looking for a strategic role in a part-time position and want to bring in your purchasing expertise in a targeted manner? In this function, you design the strategic purchasing for products and services around facility management and building technology. With you, we get the maximum out of purchasing! This is what you can achieve • You are responsible for selected, strategic procurements in building and facility management. • You plan and carry out inquiries and tenders independently. • Together with supplier and contract management as well as the real estate department, you develop sourcing and negotiation strategies and implement them in a targeted manner. • You conduct contract and price negotiations with suppliers and draw up the corresponding contracts • You actively monitor contract terms, costs, and performance and maintain exchange with your stakeholders. This is what you bring • You have experience in strategic procurement in a technical/industrial environment and have a higher education degree. • Negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance characterize you. • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. • Technical understanding as well as good IT skills (e.g. M365 and possibly SAP Ariba) are important to us. • Very good German language skills as well as knowledge of another national language round out your profile. You work flexibly in our hubs (Bern, Olten, Zürich) or in a home office and meet your team *at least once a week (Wednesday fixed) in person in Bern (Wankdorf)*.
