Technical Caretaker (100 %)

To complement our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Caretaker (100 %) Your area of responsibility: • Independent execution of maintenance and repair work on production machines, technical systems and installations in the building according to specifications and schedule • Monitoring and ensuring the flawless operation of the building's technical systems, including climate, alarm and fire protection systems • Management and care of the indoor and outdoor facilities as well as minor work in the area of environmental maintenance • Responsibility for waste management as well as ensuring order and cleanliness • Contact person for external craftsmen, service technicians and gardeners Our requirements: • Completed training as a specialist in facility management, caretaker or a comparable technical training is an advantage • Experience in facility management as well as interest and understanding of technology and building technology • Independent, reliable and clean way of working • Manual dexterity and enjoyment of varied practical activities • Readiness for deployments outside of operating hours in the event of technical alarms and • Fire alarms as well as for special deployments if required (noon, evening, Saturday) • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment You will find with us a modern, dynamic and diverse working environment with flat hierarchies and a family-like corporate culture.
