• Management and collaboration in projects as well as coaching of project teams
• Co-shaping and further development of the OKB
• Development of new solutions and processes
• Development of concepts with the specialist departments
• Responsibility for the Project Management Office of the entire bank
• Promotion of customer centricity in projects, as well as bank-wide responsibility for the topic of Customer Experience

Your profile

• Degree in Business or Business Informatics, Customer Experience Management or comparable training
• Experience in the management and implementation of agile projects
• Practical experience in the financial industry
• Interest in digitalization and new technologies
• High social competence as well as assertiveness
• Independent, analytical and conceptual way of working
• Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
