Machining Technician 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machining programs while ensuring their quality, reliability, and compliance
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to optimize the performance of production means
• Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes by defining reference standards
• Perform production trials, analyze results, and write the associated technical reports
• Ensure project progress monitoring and communicate with the various stakeholders involved
• Update technical data related to production means and machining operations
• Collaborate closely with production teams to provide effective technical support
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and industrial optimization projects

Profile

• CFC in polymechanic, ES Technician in microtechnology or HES Engineer
• Proven experience in machining on CNC machines, particularly in turning, milling, and ISO programming
• Mastery of CAM software, ideally GibbsCAM and CREO, as well as CAD tools
• Excellent knowledge of machining processes, machine tools, and tooling setup
• Analytical mind, method, rigor, and ability to solve technical problems
• Taste for field work, team spirit, and excellent communication
