Senior AI Engineer (w/m/d) WHAT YOU DO You develop AI and ML applications, e.g., assistant solutions, automations, or forecasting models You independently implement features and services and bring them into production-ready systems You develop and operate backend services, APIs, and integrations You integrate AI and ML functionalities into existing systems and processes You analyze existing solutions and models and improve them together with the team You work closely with the Solution Architect on architecture and technology decisions You support the setup of deployment and operation processes (CI/CD, monitoring, logging) You evaluate use cases and implement pragmatic, actionable solutions You develop your professional skills and share your knowledge within the team WHAT YOU BRING Many years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, APIs, system integration) Experience with AI or ML applications (e.g., LLMs, APIs, or classic models) Basic understanding of model training, evaluation, and data quality Initial experience with forecasting or interest in learning this area Experience with cloud technologies is an advantage (GCP is an advantage) Understanding of deployment, CI/CD, and production-ready systems Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and take on responsibility Structured, pragmatic way of working with a focus on working solutions Good communication skills and team spirit You have proficient German and good English skills WHO WE ARE We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
