HR Payroll Manager

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing SME, n HR Payroll Manager (m/f/d) On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing SME, we are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Administration Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process as well as HR administrative management. You will join a human-sized structure offering a varied, stimulating work environment with a strong operational dimension. Responsibilities Full management of the payroll process. Control, preparation, and entry of variable salary elements. Processing of data from the time management system. Reallocation of cost centers in the software. Management of withholding tax statements for several cantons; Control of the compliance of salary calculations and social deductions. Management of social insurance and follow-up of administrative files. Full administrative management. Administrative support to the HR Manager as needed. Profile Solid experience in payroll management in Switzerland. Excellent mastery of Swiss social insurance. Proven experience in processing withholding tax. Very good knowledge of HR IT tools. Knowledge of the ProConcept payroll software: a major asset. HR Manager certificate and/or training as a social insurance generalist. Rigorous, organized, and conscientious personality. Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
