Architect FH/ETH – Project Development (m/f/d) | 80–100 %

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Independent development, conception, and planning of demanding architectural and construction projects.
• Development of creative, functional, and economically convincing architectural concepts for residential and commercial buildings.
• Accompanying projects from the initial idea through feasibility studies and preliminary projects to the building application.
• Creation of design, project, and execution foundations with ArchiCAD.
• Coordination and cooperation with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants.
• Ensuring high architectural, qualitative, and economic standards.

Your profile and qualifications

• Completed architecture studies FH/ETH or a comparable qualification.
• Solid professional experience in architecture and especially in project development.
• Distinct joy and enthusiasm for the design of new living spaces and buildings of various kinds.
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD as well as confident handling of digital planning tools.
• Creative, conceptual, and economic thinking abilities with a high awareness of quality.
• Exact, independent, and structured way of working as well as a collegial and team-oriented personality.
