In the course of steady growth and wage projects, we are looking for an open, trustworthy and reliable person with a hands-on mentality to complement our team, starting immediately, as an HR Generalist/in with Payroll (80-100%) Your area of responsibility: Independent execution of the monthly payroll run for all employees Processing of social insurances and withholding tax Preparation and verification of salary statements, certificates as well as execution of all year-end tasks Maintenance, control and continuous updating of personnel master data Contact person for payroll-related queries from employees and managers Responsible for optimization of payroll processes Collaboration and deputy for holistic personnel administration across the entire employee lifecycle Your profile: Commercial basic training with HR-specific further training Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Experience in payroll including social insurances and annual financial statements; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. You work precisely, efficiently and reliably. You have a flair for numbers and a quick grasp as well as an analytical way of thinking. You communicate clearly, service-oriented and value contact with people.
