For our client, we are looking for a reliable and empathetic vocational trainer in nursing 80-100% immediately or by agreement. Tasks Training of trainees and students: conveying theoretical and practical basics Creating learning situations and accompanying in practical work Conducting training interviews and documenting learning progress Co-designing internal further training days (TT days) for HF/FH students Requirements profile Completed training as a diploma nurse HF/FH Experience in the acute care sector or in vocational training is an advantage Vocational trainer certificate (SVEB1) or willingness to acquire it Outstanding social, professional and methodical competence Good German language skills in word and writing, secure PC user skills In the case of a foreign diploma, SRK recognition is required Our offer The annual working time applies, which guarantees a high degree of flexibility in designing working hours Service requests are implemented wherever possible You benefit from holidays between 25 and 30 working days (depending on age) and 13 paid public holidays.
