Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-100% The contribution you can make • Accompany clients in consulting mandates, from the initial idea to the launch of the project until delivery for subsequent implementation • Identify and analyze needs and requirements, translating them into solution proposals and decision-making bases • Conduct feasibility studies and analyses • Provide support in cloud strategy consulting and artificial intelligence services, from identifying use cases to governance • Provide support in ensuring quality, validation, and integration of operational solutions at UFIT, and gradually assume responsibility in consulting activities <br /> What sets you apart • Professional training (AFC) with several years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or requirements engineering, or a bachelor's degree (SUP/university/PF) in business economics, computer science, or a related field • Basic knowledge of HERMES, BPMN, user stories/use cases, or similar methodologies (or willingness to acquire them in a targeted manner) • Analytical thinking, rapid learning ability, and interest in collaborating in interdisciplinary teams • Ability to quickly acquire skills in complex topics related to the Federal Administration and ICT; ability to communicate clearly and comprehensibly, both in writing and orally, at a specialist and managerial level • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary You will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Federal Administration, from cloud strategy to the use of artificial intelligence.
