We are looking for a
Accounting Assistant at 50%
Missions :
Daily management of liquidity and account movements
Daily importation of QR files and entry of manual receipts
Importation of DTA files and entry of manual disbursements
Preparation of various monthly files (various excel tables)
Importation and entry of expense reports
Processing of credit cards
Entry of overhead costs and registration of QR slips
Entry of accounting entries (notably journal entries, leasings, transitory items, etc)
Assisting with monthly closings and participating in the annual closing of accounts
Management of debt collection
Profile sought :
Holder of training in accounting
Proven experience in accounting of 3 to 5 years IN SWITZERLAND
Great sense of analysis and ease with numbers
Autonomy and ability to anticipate and prioritize tasks
Rigor, precision, sense of organization, proactivity and sense of responsibility
Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of SAP a plus
Written and oral mastery of French
