The Clinic for Consultative Psychiatry and Psychosomatics of the USZ accompanies patients with different psychological complaints both outpatients and inpatients. In this exciting hub function, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background: From the reception and care of our patients to scheduling appointments and supporting doctors and therapists. You coordinate administrative processes, create medical correspondence, and contribute significantly to high-quality patient care with your organizational talent. What you bring and what awaits you with us

• As the first point of contact for our patients, you ensure professional and warm service at the reception and telephone.
• The coordination and scheduling of consultations as well as case administration in KISIM are part of your versatile area of responsibility.
• With your organizational talent, you support doctors and therapists and write medical reports as well as correspondence.
• You participate in controlling tasks and take on responsibility in a varied and dynamic clinical environment.
• Commercial training as well as ideally experience in the healthcare sector or as a medical secretary form the basis for this function.
• Joy in dealing with people, team spirit, service orientation, and high social competence characterize you.
• Very good German skills, good English skills as well as knowledge of MS Office and ideally KISIM round off your profile.
