Place of work: Bern 0% Remote Work The civil department of the Bern-Mittelland Regional Court is responsible as the first instance for civil law disputes (such as separations, divorces, bankruptcies, labor and rental law disputes) that arise in their court district. As of August 1, 2027, we have an apprenticeship position as a merchant EFZ to fill. Your tasks <br /> • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail • Telephone and counter service • Checking and recording new arrivals • Case handling of civil proceedings, independently or on instruction • Creating letters, orders, decisions, and other correspondence on instruction and/or independently • Monitoring deadlines • Scheduling appointments with lawyers and other parties involved in the proceedings • Taking minutes at simple court hearings • Completion and archiving of case files • Office supply management • Further tasks on instruction <br /> Your profile <br /> • Secondary school or high school diploma with 10th grade • Very good spoken and written German skills • Mastery of the 10-finger system • Quick comprehension and interest in civil law issues • Careful, independent, reliable, and dutiful work style • Interested, discreet, open-minded, and upright personality • Teamwork, good manners, joy in collaboration and exchange with other people <br /> We offer you <br /> • Exciting and varied training with insight into different areas of activity of the civil department of the Regional Court • Close cooperation with court secretaries, court clerks, and court presidents • Generous reimbursement of costs and additional vacation days for language stays • 32 vacation days per training year • Generous contribution to school materials and BYOD • A modern workplace next to the Kocherpark in Bern • As an option within the framework of the EFZ training, "Communication in the national language" will probably be offered <br /> Contact Curious?
