The position is ideal for specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy: Our clinic is a recognized training center (Category A inpatient, B outpatient), so 3 years inpatient and 2 years outpatient can be credited. Colleagues from other specialties who want to complete a foreign year in psychiatry are also welcome. We think it's important that your tasks match your interests and strengths. That's why we're happy to take the time to get to know you personally and check together how you can best contribute and develop.   What your professional day looks like with us #### You accompany our patients medically throughout the entire treatment process - from admission to discharge. This includes: • carrying out entry and exit examinations • developing and implementing individual treatment plans • participating in medical visits and interprofessional exchange • actively contributing to team meetings and case discussions • continuously developing your psychiatric-psychotherapeutic competencies - with supervision and professional exchange   What you bring #### •  Medical state examination (CH or equivalent EU/EFTA qualification) • Very good German language skills (at least level C1) • Enjoyment of cooperation in interprofessional teams • A reliable, flexible and responsible way of working • Interest and enthusiasm for psychotherapeutic work • A respectful and attentive approach to patients, relatives and colleagues is a matter of course for you You fit in particularly well with us if you appreciate a team culture on an equal footing, are open to new perspectives and enjoy further development.   What you can expect from us #### As an SME with a considerable size, your job offers you variety and design options.
