Your tasks: Independent management of client accounting in KLIB (case management software) Responsibility for health insurance matters (KVG/IPV) Control, booking and triggering of payment runs Regular reconciliation with the financial accounting of the municipal administration Preparation of settlements for cantonal reimbursements Accounting and budget control Interface to the Migration Office and cantonal Social Office Accounting case recordings and mutations in KLIB Function as KLIB Superuser Co-responsibility for telephone and counter service Administrative management of individual cases (wage and pension administration, small social assistance, asylum) Collaboration on administrative tasks of the social services Maintaining the BFS statistics Preparation of final settlements in economic social assistance Your profile: After your basic commercial training, you recognized your passion for numbers and specifically further trained in the field of accounting/bookkeeping. Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial professional experience in a social service and are familiar with the structures and terminology of social assistance. You convince through your open and positive personality, work reliably even in demanding situations and maintain an overview.
