Your contribution

• Ensure that all ropeway installations of the Army Logistics Center (CLE) are managed safely, reliably and in compliance with legal provisions, thereby contributing decisively to the safety of people and materials
• Assume technical leadership and support of the ropeway installation head operators as well as the ropeway installation operators
• Independently perform maintenance, repair, expansion and modification work on ropeway installations, lifting devices, transport systems and automation systems
• Analyze faults, develop diagnoses and implement technical remediation and optimization interventions
• Direct disassembly and demolition interventions of ropeway installations and transport systems within projects, coordinating the work teams
• Collaborate in the development of maintenance concepts as well as in the training of system operators, plant managers and users

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training as a ropeway installation mechatronics technician AFC
• Training as a technical manager according to IKSS directives (Intercantonal Agreement for Swiss Cableways) or availability to obtain it
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and operation of technical installations
• Autonomous, customer-oriented and collaborative working method, as well as good communication skills
• Good physical abilities and absence of vertigo
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistical services in favor of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
