Your tasks Participation in the finance and asset accounting for the association and the foundation Support in cost accounting, budget planning and the annual financial statements Assistance with reportings, controlling evaluations and fund applications Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable (recording, checking, posting, paying invoices and processing reminders) Posting of bank, postal and cash vouchers Planning and execution of payment runs Checking and settlement of expenses and credit card statements Support in the preparation of the quarterly VAT return Support in the supervision of apprentices in the finance team Completion of general administrative tasks What you bring with you Have you recently completed your commercial apprenticeship or are you in further training in finance? Do you enjoy working carefully, are curious and want to learn more? Perfect!
