Polymechanic Tool and Mold Making (m/f/d) 100% ##

Your tasks ###

• Manufacture of mold tools, sealing tools and fixtures
• Setting up, operating and optimizing CNC milling machines
• CAM programming and adaptation of existing programs
• Manufacture and assembly of prototypes as well as test tools
• Quality control of the manufactured parts including documentation
• Support of various specialist departments such as design, production, quality management and innovation
• Procurement of tools and operating resources
• Maintenance and servicing of machines and systems
• Participation in validation and optimization projects

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, specialization Tool Making, Mold Making or CNC manufacturing technology
• Experience in CNC programming, ideally with Heidenhain controls
• Knowledge of CAM systems is an advantage
• Experience in the machining of aluminum
• Confident handling of MS Office and common PC applications
• Technical understanding as well as good spatial imagination
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• High flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Driving license Cat. B is an advantage
