At our location in Grenchen (Switzerland), we develop and produce machines for the production of laminated corrugated board - and ensure that they run reliably at our customers' sites worldwide. YOUR MISSION Provide troubleshooting support in the field of electrical and process technology for customers and internal employees Coordinate service deployments from planning to briefing to debriefing Ensure knowledge transfer between service technicians, development and production Take feedback from the field and actively contribute to product and quality improvements Support customers and subsidiaries directly on site if needed (travel activity up to around 40%) Participate in the telephone standby service and enable quick solutions for our customers YOUR PROFILE You have completed training as an automation engineer, electrician, mechatronics engineer, industrial electrician or similar Experience in machine or plant construction as well as knowledge of Siemens SPS is a great advantage Good knowledge of control and regulation technology Analytical thinking, quick grasp and clear communication Very good German and English skills (additional languages an advantage) Independent, structured way of working - also under pressure, calm and solution-oriented ➡ Apply now and become part of our international service team - such opportunities don't come along every day!
