During your three-year training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, you will be part of our dedicated nursing team. In the nursing center, you will take on tasks in nursing, everyday activity design and administration. You will accompany our residents with joy, empathy and professional competence. You can use the learned skills daily and take responsibility for your actions. We work closely in an interprofessional team with activation specialists, therapists and other professionals. You are actively involved in primary nursing. During your training, you will have the opportunity to complete an internship in the acute hospital. Insight days in activation and therapies complement your training.
