La Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents and adults with special learning and support needs. In our adult home, we accompany and support approximately 45 residents distributed across five residential groups in Trun, in our Soldanella home in Sedrun as well as in our workshops.

From 1 January 2027, we are looking for a committed person for the position of team leader, 80% position in the adult sector of the day structure in Trun

Field of activity: ###

• Direction, planning and organization of the day structure, in which all residents of the different residential groups can participate
• Direction, planning and organization of the supervision team composed of 5 employees of the day structure
• Organization of daily life according to principles recognized in social pedagogy and care
• Collaboration with all employees involved in the promotion process
• Accompanying and supporting interns and apprentices
• Participation in the adult team leader committee (5 residential groups, night watch, 1 occupation group, including the Soldanella home in Sedrun)
• Participation in the transverse activities of the center, at the level of groups and sectors

We expect: ###

• Completed training in the field of social pedagogy, FaBe or care, professional experience including continuing education as a team leader or the willingness to undergo this training
• Motivation and respect in contact with people with disabilities
• Appropriate skills: leadership skills, organizational sense as well as structured thinking
• Personal resilience and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and to manage conflicts
• Creativity, manual dexterity as well as openness to novelty
