Entry-level Teacher Nursing HF

XUND is committed to the education and further training of sufficient and qualified healthcare professionals for Central Switzerland and offers a wide, practical range of initial and continuing education "from a single source" in Luzern and Alpnach with the Higher Vocational Schools for Nursing and BMA, postgraduate studies, intercompany courses, and continuing education.

Your tasks

• We do not leave you alone and will provide you with a sound introduction to your new area of responsibility. You will be carefully accompanied on your way by our experienced team of mentors. As part of the teaching team, you will find uncomplicated support in everyday life.
• Over time, you will teach independently in the Nursing HF educational program, prepare yourself for situation- and competence-oriented lessons, and convey the subject matter according to modern methodological-didactic principles. You will accompany our students as a coach in various learning settings.
• You will be supported by us in the part-time acquisition of the necessary vocational pedagogical training.
• As a nursing professional, you will contribute your practical experience to further develop the Nursing HF training and XUND, and will actively participate in various working groups.

Your profile

• You have a degree as a dipl. nursing professional HF or equivalent and several years of practical nursing experience.
• Ideally, you already possess the vocational pedagogical continuing education Federal Diploma Trainer, but at least the SVEB certificate Trainer (SVEB1).
• You are a communicative, open-minded personality with healthy assertiveness and you enjoy accompanying students in their learning process.
• Enjoyment of using new media and good knowledge of the MS Office suite round off your profile.
