They are looking for a meaningful job environment; as: Payroll Specialist Abacus, 80% Your tasks You are responsible for the payroll with monthly and hourly wage earners of 350 HC’s, incl. shifts and allowances, year-end tasks and account reconciliations With pleasure, you take over the social insurance processing incl. mutations in AHV Easy and the pension fund You handle the withholding tax, EO funds, maternity leave, accident reports via SunetPlus and the control of remunerations Employer / intermediate earnings certificates, quarterly settlement of expenses for the foundation board and meeting fees At the same time, you act as the contact person in the company for the above-mentioned fields as a specialist center/expert for employees and P&K You are further responsible for case management incl. absence lists and their measures (reduction of vacation, registrations for medical examinations by trust doctors etc.) You support further digitalization in the company by optimizing the processes in Abaplan incl. time management, supporting the onboarding module Abacus and you introduce the apprentice to the world of HR and they take over the mutation of the personnel master data Your profile Payroll professional with completed further training in payroll and/or HR/social insurance Ideally, you bring experience in pension fund management and in case management High level of personal responsibility and a strong service orientation, accurate in detail and responsible, solution-oriented thinking and working You are proficient with the ERP Abacus (and Abaplan) or know similar ERPs and are skilled with Excel Native language or stylish German at level C1 with diploma The company offers Working time: 40 h/W, flexible working time Benefits: no coordination deduction, above-average PK benefits from the employer, ZVV pass or Rail voucher Parking space: free of charge Home Office: 1 day possible at 80% Vacation: 28 days vacation, from 50J 30 days Work location: Züricher Oberland Job start as of: , Payroll Recruiting Expert, looks forward to receiving your application documents.
