In the area of Forwarding & Goods Flow, we coordinate the national and international movements of goods of our company and ensure their safe and correct processing.

Clerk Forwarding & Goods Flow 100% (m/f/d)

Your responsibility ##

• Administrative commercial clearance/processing of deliveries and collections at the counter in compliance with legal dangerous goods regulations
• Processing and control of delivery, import, and export documents (E-dec)
• Coordination of customs clearances and control of assessment notices
• Disposition and administrative processing of internal and external transports
• Administration of the company-owned gas station and weighing station
• Participation in the training of apprentices (KV)

Your profile ##

• Reliable and punctual personality (counter opening hours)
• You have completed basic commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding clerk, or a comparable training
• You are familiar with transport and customs documents, preferably in the area of truck and air freight and E-Dec/Passar
• Good communication skills as well as resilience and flexibility
• Good MS-Office skills applied in a professional environment
• Knowledge of dangerous goods is an advantage (readiness for subject-specific further training SDR/ADR/IMDG)
• You do not let rapidly changing activities disturb your peace and prioritize your activities accordingly
• You have good German and English skills. Additional foreign languages are a plus
