Job requirements What awaits you: You are part of a well-coordinated DevOps team that lives technology, and you take responsibility in 3rd level support, where things get exciting Customer consulting at eye level: You don't just explain that something works, but also why - understandably, well-founded, and solution-oriented Cloud transformations & migrations (on-prem, hybrid, cloud): For you, this is not flying blind, but a structured project with a clean target image You use frameworks & tools for monitoring, security & compliance for the configuration of our collaboration solutions Variety guaranteed: You work with diverse customers from different industries, including critical infrastructures such as the energy sector or in the health environment Together with IT architects and Product Management, you develop new services – technically sound, practical, and with foresight What you bring with you: Several years of experience in complex enterprise IT environments – you know the difference between a lab and productive reality Deep know-how regarding Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and (Azure) Active Directory Bonus level (nice to have): ADFS, Enterprise Vault, Mail gateways (FortiMail / HIN) Migrations are your craft: Powershell, Quest and BitTitan are a matter of course for you You work independently, cleanly and with quality awareness and have a good sense for customer needs You have a confident command of German, and you use English confidently in everyday life
