The main department Primary School and Sport includes the Primary School department, the school psychology service, the specialized centers in special pedagogy, sport and society. It is responsible for all matters relating to primary school.

We are looking for the school psychology department for a

School Psychologist 50-70 %

to be filled immediately or by agreement, workplace Glaris.

Tasks

• Assessment and diagnosis of children and adolescents presenting school, behavioral and developmental problems
• Assessment of children and adolescents regarding school orientation issues
• Mediation and support of support measures and therapies
• Counseling for parents and teachers in case of educational and school difficulties
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialists

Requirements

• Studies in psychology (bachelor/master) with additional training in school psychology
• Good knowledge of diagnostic testing in children and adolescents
• Professional experience in school psychology
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Communicative and committed personality
• Team spirit, stress resistance and autonomy in work
