Your field of action * You manage the technical department of construction and ensure that ideas become precise plans, models, and feasible solutions * Together with your team, you develop digital planning methods further and advance BIM, automation, and modern tools in a targeted manner * You strengthen quality, responsibility, and cooperation in the construction team and accompany employees in their professional development * You shape the interface between planning, model, and construction so that projects are implemented efficiently, reliably, and sustainably * With project management, you develop solutions that technically convince and shape living spaces in a sustainable way * You have solid expertise in engineering and construction as well as experience in construction * The application of SIA standards and the control of planning processes are part of your professional everyday life * You use BIM methods as well as digital planning tools like Revit, Civil 3D or ACC * You structure complex issues in a comprehensible way and develop practical solutions from them * You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, as well as French and English skills, which are a plus We look forward to your online application.
