Healthcare Specialist CFC #

• Professional and autonomous care and support of clients
• Support in managing daily life and promotion of autonomy
• Implementation of care and medical measures within the scope of your competencies
• Support for persons in palliative situations
• Observation of health status as well as detection of changes and corresponding transmission to the competent professionals
• Careful and complete documentation of the care services provided
• Close collaboration with APN care experts, doctors, hospitals as well as other professionals
• Training as healthcare specialist CFC
• Autonomous, competent and responsible way of working
• Good IT knowledge
• Category B driver's license
• Experience or knowledge in the Spitex field
