Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Relief Function 40% on Weekends in Luzern

Your Tasks You will be deployed flexibly on Saturdays and Sundays in our various branches in Luzern and Zug and support the local teams as needed. You advise and serve our diverse clientele professionally and sell our premium products with enthusiasm. You ensure seamless inventory management and always present our fine specialties fresh and attractively. If required, you bake selected products in the in-store oven, thereby supporting our freshness concept and our front cooking directly at the front. You implement sales promotion measures and ensure an attractive, sales-strong product presentation. You work reliably with our digital cash register system and record orders as well as returns. Depending on the area of deployment, you additionally support the cash closing. You carry out quality and hygiene controls according to our internal guidelines and ensure the high Bachmann standards. You perform various maintenance and management tasks, thereby contributing to a clean, inviting, and well-organized specialty store. Your Profile You have completed training in retail (EBA/EFZ) or bring sound sales experience, ideally in the bakery-confectionery or food industry. You advise and sell with joy and enthusiasm and create genuine shopping experiences. Quality, freshness, and hygiene are a matter of course for you; you work carefully, responsibly, and with attention to detail. You appear professional, friendly, and well-groomed and convince with good manners. You communicate confidently in High German and understand our clientele even in Swiss German. You remain calm even in busy moments, think ahead, pitch in, and are a reliable team player. Structured, process-oriented working and handling modern cash register systems suit you. Shift work according to the opening hours of our specialty stores, including early and weekend shifts, is not an obstacle for you. Fair deployment plans are part of our practice.
