Your Missions :

• Prepare hot and cold dishes in compliance with recipes and quality standards
• Carry out pastry and dessert preparations
• Ensure the mise en place and organization of your workstation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Participate in the daily life of the kitchen, including dishwashing and cleaning
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Your Profile :

• CFC as a Cook or equivalent training
• Previous experience as a Cook
• Committed to homemade cuisine based on fresh, local and seasonal products
• Able to keep calm even during the rush, with a good sense of priorities

Work environment :
