Your tasks:
You advise our customers competently and with enthusiasm regarding cars, camping, and leisure and find exactly what suits their needs
You sell products from our versatile range with over 13,000 items in the online shop and retail store – from cleaning and care to car and camping accessories, as well as rims, tires, 2-wheel accessories, tools, and machines
You advise our customers on questions regarding camping accessories and help them find the right products for on the road
You answer product questions and also find the right solution for special requests
You ensure that our customers feel well-advised and also handle their concerns professionally and in a solution-oriented manner in the case of complaints
You keep your sales targets in view and give it your all together with your team
You stay up to date with new products and trends and ensure an attractive presentation in the retail store
You maintain an overview even at the cash desk and process payments reliably
