In this role, you will advise our clients on the design and implementation of scalable cloud data platforms and AI solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust data architectures, shape data models, and contribute concretely to the development of modern data pipelines using platforms such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. Based in our Zurich office, you will work with your team to provide our clients with our recognized quality and reliability.

Your tasks will include:

• Analysis of business and technical requirements
• Design and implementation of robust data architectures, pipelines, and platform components in close collaboration with client and project teams
• Contribution to data & AI initiatives covering cloud architecture, data engineering, data science, and generative AI
• Communication of recommendations, insights, and results to senior stakeholders and management

What you bring:

• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Industry knowledge in at least one industry
• A highly analytical and structured mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (both mandatory)
• More than 3 years of proven experience in data engineering including data modeling (Data Vault and dimensional modeling) and practical development of ETL/ELT and pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, dbt, and Azure, including solid fundamentals in data warehousing, SQL, and Python
