As a Senior Data Privacy Specialist at AXA CH, you will support the data protection team in the implementation and assurance of company-wide data protection measures. In this role, you will work closely with the specialist departments, the Data Protection Officer, and IT Security. In the area of Risk Management \& Actuarial, it is our task to systematically and proactively help shape the way AXA Switzerland manages its own risks as a reliable partner. In doing so, we ensure that AXA is more resilient against unforeseen events, and that we can meet our obligations to customers at all times. What awaits you You help us ensure that our company processes all data in accordance with Swiss and European data protection regulations. You advise and support the operational areas with risk analyses, data protection impact assessments, and their implementation. You carry out controls to monitor correct data processing, and support the specialist departments in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits in the field of data protection. In the event of identified deficiencies, you provide advisory support to the specialist departments in their remediation. You conduct regular data protection training and awareness measures. You support the DPO in their tasks towards various stakeholders. In cases of suspected data protection breaches, you initiate follow-up measures. Your contribution is rounded off by administrative and conceptual activities. What you bring with you You have a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or IT. You have sound knowledge of data protection as well as a good understanding of information security. Ideally, you bring 3\-4 years of professional experience in data protection in an insurance or banking environment or at a data protection supervisory authority. Further training in the field of Cyber Security or data protection (University/CAS, MAS) is a plus. You are a committed, resilient personality who enjoys independent consulting and is happy to take on responsibility in data protection. Strong communication skills and assertiveness characterize you.
