Apprenticeship as Merchant / EFZ 100% City of Luzern From 2027, a versatile apprenticeship awaits you with us – in the heart of the city. During the three years of training, you will gain a broad insight into the various departments that work behind the scenes to keep Luzern moving. This is what you can do. You will take on administrative tasks in HR processes You will advise customers at the sales counter to find the right ticket or public transport subscription You will design marketing materials, social media posts, or events You will clarify customer needs at VBL REISEN and create offers You will process invoices and bookings in the finance department This is what you bring. You are communicative and can express yourself well in writing and verbally You enjoy customer contact You work independently and are well organized You are a positive-thinking team player with a service-oriented attitude You have very good academic performance This is what sets us apart.
