The Legal Department guides the company and its personnel through the intricacies of the legal and regulatory framework and guarantees the legal integrity of the SSR.

Your mission ####

Within the Legal Department, your job description notably includes the following tasks:

• advice and assistance to the Board of Directors, the Director General and the Executive Committee for matters relating to company law and regulation, at the intersection of media, politics and law (knowledge of broadcasting law is an asset),
• participation in the development of the SSR corporate governance and support for organizational, restructuring and transformation projects from a legal perspective,
• assistance to SSR decision-makers in the application of internal regulations; contribution to their development,
• drafting and verification of contracts; advice and support to internal clients during contractual negotiations, particularly in the field of acquiring infrastructure, IT equipment and software.

Your profile ####

• Experience acquired within a company, a public administration or a law firm in the fields of company law and/or contract law; ideally, holding a Swiss bar admission
• Excellent digital knowledge; strong interest in new technologies
• Openness and quick-wittedness, stress resistance, communication talent and customer orientation; interpersonal skills, regardless of the interest group
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working method; analytical, writing and conceptual skills; talent for negotiation
• German native language; mastery of French orally and in writing accompanied by good knowledge of English
• Team spirit; taste for collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches; interest in the different linguistic regions of Switzerland
